WHAT IS INDIAN TERRAIN E-WALLET?
e-Wallet is a quick and easy way to manage your product refunds with Indian Terrain if you do not opt for a bank transfer or if bank transfer is not offered (for example, during our season end sale). When you return a product, Indian Terrain will transfer the refund amount to your e-Wallet account. Once you have money in your e-Wallet account, select e-Wallet on the checkout page and use it to make further purchases on www.indianterrain.com e-Wallet can be used to pay for full-price and discounted products.
HOW DO I CHECK MY E-WALLET ACCOUNT BALANCE?
Log in to your Indian Terrain account and click on the e-Wallet tab in the MY ACCOUNT section. You can see your account balance and summary of your recent e-Wallet transactions.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR AN E-WALLET ACCOUNT?
Every registered user of www.indianterrain.com has an e-Wallet account. In case you are not a registered user, please register and start using your e-Wallet.
HOW DO I USE THE MONEY IN MY E-WALLET ACCOUNT?
You can use money in your e-Wallet account to make payments at www.indianterrain.com. On the checkout page, e-Wallet is displayed as a payment option under LOYALTY POINTS.
THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN MY E-WALLET ACCOUNT FOR PLACING AN ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
You can pay for your product by e-Wallet. Any amount left after using e-Wallet can be paid using other payment options such as Credit Card, Debit Card etc. Any money left in your e-Wallet account after making a purchase can be used for future purchases on www.indianterrain.com
WHEN DOES THE MONEY IN MY E-WALLET ACCOUNT EXPIRE?
Money present in your e-Wallet account doesn’t expire.
UPON PURCHASING AN ORDER ONLINE, WHEN DO THE LOYALTY POINTS GET ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?
All loyalty points earned during a transaction will get added to your loyalty account after 16 days of the order purchase, or after the return period for that order is over.
CAN I TRANSFER MONEY FROM MY E-WALLET ACCOUNT TO THE ACCOUNT OF ANOTHER USER?
Balance from one account cannot be transferred to another.
CAN I DELETE MY E-WALLET ACCOUNT?
e-Wallet account cannot be deleted. You may choose to not use it.
