In the unfortunate scenario of your payment failing, we will request you to try any other mode of payment. In case any amount gets debited from your account and your order still fails to be made, we will refund the amount to you through the same mode of payment made by you.

Indian Terrain strives to deliver all products in the best condition and in the shortest possible time. We charge an amount of Rs 99 as shipping charge for a purchase that amounts to a maximum of Rs 2,999. Beyond any purchase value of Rs 2,999 shipping will be done for free.

How do I check the status of my order?

The status of your order can be checked on the ‘Orders’ page under your account once your order is placed. Your order status will notify you whether your order has been shipped or not.

How do I check if Indian Terrain delivers to my pin code?

While placing your order, you have an option to enter your pin code on the same page to check if our delivery executives will be able to access your location or not.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

While we strive to deliver products to you as fast as possible, we currently follow a standard duration for delivery. We are working with our logistics team to enable faster delivery processes.

Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship our products only within India, currently.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

At this point we are unable to offer overnight or expedited delivery service.

All IndianTerrain orders are shipped door to door, via a number of shipping companies within India from our warehouse in Chennai and stores across India, to the shopping address provided by you.
Do You Ship Backorders?

No. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

Will everything be shipped together?

Yes. Because we do not process backorders, whatever is in stock will be shipped together.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you want to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Can My Order be shipped To A Post Office Box?

No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners you must include full address details including a street address for shipping.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once payment is done from your side, you will get a confirmation message saying that your payment was successful. Post this, you will receive an email and SMS from Indian Terrain saying that your order is confirmed.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

You can view your order status at any time once you have placed your order, through the ‘My Orders’ option after logging in to your Indian Terrain. We try and dispatch all the orders from our warehouses and/or stores within two working days and then you can track the status of your order on the ‘Orders’ page on www.indianterrain.com.

What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands go over our supply. If you place an order for an item which is not in stock, we will inform you of the same through an email and credit your credit card within two business days of purchase. We will not retain your request for an out of stock product in a back order system. In the future, we hope to be able to notify you when an out of stock item becomes available which would allow you to place a new order for this product.
