We accept Internet Banking, UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD). International cards can also be used for orders delivered to an Indian address. Only one payment method can be used per order.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, international cards can be used to place orders for delivery to an Indian address.

If your payment fails, please try again using another payment method. If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, please allow 1–2 hours for the order to be processed. If it remains unconfirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.

COD is available, but for some high-value orders, we may ask for a partial payment in advance. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

Yes. A ₹75 COD processing fee is applicable to all Cash on Delivery orders.

You can check your order status under the ‘Orders’ section of your account. We’ll also send updates via email and WhatsApp.

Yes. Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000. A ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹2,000 and is non-refundable in case of a return.

Yes. We deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes. International shipping is currently not available.

No. Each order can have only one delivery address. Please place separate orders for different addresses.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, including sale and discounted products, provided they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Log in to your account and go to ‘Orders’ under ‘My Account’ to raise a return request. Reverse pickup is usually arranged within 2–4 working days.

No, there is no additional return charge. However, the shipping fee paid at the time of placing the order is non-refundable.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges or replacements. Only returns are available.

No. Online purchases can only be returned through our online return process.

You can request cancellation before your order is prepared for dispatch. Orders cannot be modified or individual items cancelled once placed. Please contact Customer Support to request a cancellation.

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, while COD refunds are credited to the bank account provided during the return request. Refunds are generally received within 5–7 working days.

Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the product within 48 hours from the date of receipt. Our team will assist you with the next steps.

Compare the measurements of a comfortable garment you already own against the dimensions listed in our product size chart.

All charts show actual garment dimensions taken while laid flat—do not compare them directly to your body.

Button or zip the item, lay it completely flat on a smooth surface without stretching the fabric, and follow the illustrated measurement points.

Chest: Measure straight across the front from armpit seam to armpit seam. Shoulders: Measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.

Waist: Fasten the garment, lay the waistband flat, and measure edge-to-edge; Hips & Inseam: Measure across the widest part of the seat, and run your tape from the crotch seam down to the hem.

Measurements are provided in both inches and centimetres. Shirts range from S to 6XL, and bottoms from size 28 to 54 (availability varies by style).

Choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for more room. Check the fabric, fit label, and exact product chart before deciding.

A closer fit follows the body more closely, and a regular fit leaves comfortable room. A relaxed fit offers the most room.
